DESCRIPTION

It is diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono and di glycerides made from fully hardened palm oil. Specially designed for the biscuit and bread industry.

• Acid Value: 30 to 60 mgKoh/g
• Saponification Value: 280 to 320 mgKoh/g

• Arsenic: Less than 3mg/kg
